DIY Polymer Clay - Rose, 3-tiered Chocolate Strawberry Heart Cake & Multicolored Xiao Long Bao

Here are some pictures of things I made with polymer clay recently in my textiles class. :)
Sorry the pictures aren't very clear, I only had a cell phone camera. x_x

The rose & cake are pretty common, but for those who don't know what the colored things are . . well I was trying to make this. Multi colored xiao long bao! Ok but mine look a bit plump.

Soo, polymer clay is pretty fun to work with, but I think that it's best to work with small amounts. Using a huge chunk of clay makes my hands so tired =o=. But at the same time making all those tiny strawberries on the cake was painful as well. I still think small things are cuter though haha


Wow I really haven't posted much on this blog at all since 2013 huh . . hopefully I will be able to post a bit more after my exam. I think I will try to do some make-up reviews & such.

OHOHOHO so it's been a while. Kind of.
Anyway, just wanted to make a small post since I feel like I've been hoarding pictures ever since last summer .. heh

My soulmate/friend (LOL) gave me some gifts from China .. last September. =3=

ok that was so lame LOL

Anyway, I guess you could say I've been a bit busy with school....although it feels more like I'm slacking off even more day by day, despite this being my most important year of high school TT-TT
I really have no idea what I'm gonna do . . so I was feeling a bit depressed, but looking at these pictures made me a bit happier XD
Plus, I'm also watching the anime Kuroko no Basuke now . . & you can't blame anyone for making yaoi/bl doujinshi's on the characters!! = =
Oh right, that's another one of my current obsessions =3=

I shall now continue watching anime & being depressed over post secondary *sighh

My eye makeup for grad pics. Lashes & double eyelid tape~
Bottom row was taken in fluorescent light. You can see in the top left picture that the lenses can kind of give off the "halo" effect. My eyelashes started drooping bc it was end of the day..lol

On to the review~

Design: 10/10

Natural violet color with a soft black limbal ring. Soo pretty! I'm a huge fan of natural looking circle lenses.

Comfort: 9.5/10

I rarely feel them in my eyes, which is good! They're more comfy than my previous GEO lenses. ~ (─‿‿─)  
I would give it a 10/10, except sometimes I randomly feel something irritating in my eye, which I normally don't get when I don't have contacts on.

Enlargement: 10/10

Despite being 14.5mm, they seem very similar to my old GEO CK-107's . . Maybe it's the color? Anyway, perfect sized enlargement for me. I can wear them with no make-up & they don't look too scary.

Overall: 9.5/10
I LOVE THEM!  ☆*:.｡. o(≧▽≦)o .｡.:*☆
I don't really have any complaints about these lenses~  but I can't help that any type of contact lenses will be a tiny bit uncomfortable for me. Also, for some reason, (maybe it's just me) I really can't tell if the lenses are inside out or not... I have to experiment by putting them in my eye. It wasn't like this with my other lenses, so I guess that's the only bad thing about these.
I really want to try the brown colored version of this, because I think it would look really good as well~

It took me about 3 months to finally complete because I basically took tons of pictures & couldn't decide which ones to use. ==

In the future, I think I would order from kiwiberry1 again because of their customer service & circle lens collection. Not to mention they often have sales on their website! hehe
When I first received the lenses, there was a problem with them. I think they were a defected pair because both lenses were really irritating my eye. Also, when I took out the lens, one of them had a dent in them. I emailed kiwiberry1, sent them a picture & they sent me a replacement pair! ><
I thought it was really nice of them to do that especially since I was only a giveaway winner. ^^;;

Ahem hello. I haven't blogged in awhile because I was quite busy over this summer *coughcoughlazycoughnoonereadsmybloganywaycoughdie*
But I'm back! Kind of. School just started so I'll need to concentrate since it's my last year but . . the 1st week has already passed & I already wanna lay down & die LOL. jk I just never want to leave my house.

This semester, I'm taking Leadership, Biology, Work Exp & Law . . & I have 2 off blocks! I can leave the house later which is great because it takes me about 45 mins-1 hour to get to school.
Yep, make myself suffer to see my friends but end up not really seeing my friends at school anyway because I'm so fucking socially awkward oh my god.

Let me recap what happened this summer: summer school, volunteer to help international students in ESL, discovery of BL (OMGG) & video games. Ok done.

3 of the international students (guys) I mentored for volunteer! I'm on the very right (I look so awkward lol...) & my friend with the yellow shirt was also a mentor. 

This was on the last day of volunteer, where all the international students gathered at a school to celebrate I guess. It was SO hot that day because they didn't even bother putting on the aircon =o=

For some reason I only have pictures with them on my camera. Maybe because they're cute, OHOHOHOHOHO. geez I'm such a creep ^^

They were also irritatingly funny at times =o=
